James A. Rohrig is a partner with Bolton & Baer, Ltd. Jim has been actively involved in the real estate consulting and appraisal profession since 2003. He has extensive experience in assignments involving complex commercial real estate valuation and consultation issues in Texas and the United States. Before joining Bolton & Baer, Ltd., he held middle to senior level management accounting positions with companies involved in real estate development and home building in Houston, Texas and Las Vegas, Nevada. Jim received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis on Accounting from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio. Our services are provided for property owners, governmental agencies, and other public entities in the course of right-of-way acquisition or Eminent Domain proceedings involving roadway, pipeline and utility construction.

Complete assessment and valuation of property damages as a result of partial takings, inverse takings, easement takings, property rights takings and environmental issues, is often required as a matter of law and can be a crucial element of the valuation process. Our principals and professional staff have provided expert testimony services in the identification and valuation of real property damages before Federal, State and County Courts of Law.

In addition to Eminent Domain and other taking(s) related litigation, expert testimony is provided for real property issues regarding environmental contamination, probate matters, federal bankruptcy, federal income tax and Ad Valorem tax disputes.

Adding an image to the Rotator

This process has 2 steps:

Uploading the image to your CMS page
Updating the jpgrotator.xml file

Uploading your Image

To upload your image, go to your Flash Rotator CMS page in Content Managers and click the "Upload File" tool.

Browse to find your image
Do not check "Restrict File View"
Press submit

Your image is now uploaded to the CMS page but you have to update the XML. Copy the link that is displayed and save it to a text file. You're going to need it in a moment.

Updating the XML

Right-Click the jpgrotator.xml document under "Related Documents" in your Flash Rotator CMS page and select "Save Target As"
Save the file to your computer
Open the file with a text editor (Notepad, Wordpad)
Add your new photo
