Highest and Best Use is the overriding concept to be appliedi n the analysis and ultimate selection of comparable data used in real estate valuation. In all valuation assignments, opinions of value are based on use. Therefore, the Highest and Best Use os a property essentially provides the foundation for the competitive position of a property as viewed in the marketplace.

Uploading the image to your CMS page

Browse to find your image
Do not check "Restrict File View"
Press submit

Your image is now uploaded to the CMS page but you have to update the XML. Copy the link that is displayed and save it to a text file. You're going to need it in a moment.

Updating the XML

Right-Click the jpgrotator.xml document under "Related Documents" in your Flash Rotator CMS page and select "Save Target As"
Save the file to your computer
Open the file with a text editor (Notepad, Wordpad)
Add your new photo
