James A. Rohrig is a partner with Bolton & Baer, Ltd. Jim has been actively involved in the real estate consulting and appraisal profession since 2003. He has extensive experience in assignments involving complex commercial real estate valuation and consultation issues in Texas and the United States. Before joining Bolton & Baer, Ltd., he held middle to senior level management accounting positions with companies involved in real estate development and home building in Houston, Texas and Las Vegas, Nevada. Jim received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis on Accounting from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio.
