Wayne B. Baer is a founding partner of Bolton & Baer, Ltd. and has been actively involved in the real estate consulting and appraisal profession since 1986. Wayne has extensive experience in assignments involving complex commercial real estate valuation and consultation issues. He has qualified as an expert witness in County and State District Courts, Arbitration Hearings, Mediations, Tax Protest Hearings and Special Commissioners Hearings. Before forming Bolton & Baer, Ltd., Wayne was manager of the Houston office of David R. Bolton, Inc., and has held other high positions with regional and national commercial real estate consulting and appraisal firms. Wayne attended public schools in Houston, Texas and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate from the University of Houston Downtown. He is a licensed General Real Estate Appraiser in the State of Texas and a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker. Wayne also holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and has held various positions in the Appraisal Institute. These positions include:
